Use of the site
Eligibility and access
By accessing or using 55gameplay.in.net ("the Site"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and agree to comply with these Terms of Service in full. If you do not meet these requirements, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site. 55 Game reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate access where these conditions are not satisfied.
Permitted use
You may access and use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to copy, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Site without prior written consent; transmit unsolicited communications, malware, or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure; misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity; or use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its proper functioning. Violations may be reported to relevant Indian law enforcement authorities under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
Payments and transactions
Where the Site facilitates any in-platform purchase or transaction, payments may be processed via widely used Indian payment instruments including PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), BHIM UPI, net banking, and debit or credit cards on the RuPay, Visa, or Mastercard networks. All transactions are subject to the terms of the respective payment provider. 55 Game does not store full card details and accepts no responsibility for errors, delays, or failures attributable to third-party payment processors. Refund requests, where applicable, must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.
Intellectual property
Ownership of content
All content published on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and compilation of the Site, is the exclusive property of 55 Game or its licensed content providers. This content is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), the Trade Marks Act, 1999 (India), and applicable international intellectual property conventions including the Berne Convention and the TRIPS Agreement. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any Site content constitutes infringement and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Limited licence to users
55 Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site's content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reporting infringement

We will investigate and respond within 15 business days in accordance with applicable Indian law and, where relevant, the provisions of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.
Limitation of liability

The Site and all content, materials, and services made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. 55 Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Scope of liability
